TSST corp CDDVDW TS-L633a Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19) have tried uninstalling and rebooting, windows detected the drive but failed with installation? am clueless as to what to do next. Can any on e assist me??

hi there,
I guess you face aproblem in Windows Vista.
Either you try finding appropriate driver for the device for WinVista(see manufaturer's homepage, if there is none, try the WinXP one),
use exra program freeware program like 'burnatonce' or downgrade your whole system to WIN XP pro(new installation of windows after data back-up and having all teh necessary
drivers for your hardware components)
VISTA is still in trial state, ti is probably a beta version you are using...
or u wait for win7...
