Go to Dell's "support" web-site, and allow it to download software to identify exactly which Dell you have, and read the specifications for it, and read the list of "optional upgrades", which will include RAM (PC100? PC133? DDR? DDR2?)

Make sure your motherboard supports that speed of RAM. Your board is listed as accepting up to 1333 DDR3 with a maximum of 4 GB of RAM. Check which slots you put the RAM in, especially if you have 4 slots. Also, make sure the RAM is properly seated in the slots. Sometimes, taking them out and putting back in can make it work. There is also the possibility you didn't ground yourself properly and damaged another component on your motherboard through EMS. The best way to check would be to put the old RAM back in to see if the PC works. If all else fails, its possible you just have bad RAM or the RAM simply isn't compatible with your board.

P4S55FX+ PROBLEM WITH MEMORY MODULS,IT WANT START WHEN I PUT THREE MODULS WITH 256 RAM!

To test each RAM modules to see if they are OK, put each RAM in at a time in the memory slot.
Check each RAM module - are the the same make and speed. Some RAM modules are incompatible with different manufacturers.
Next try installing the RAM in pairs to see which RAM modules work with each other.

I had put my Ram wrongly and it burned but after replacing it still it did not work

You could have damage the motherboard.

If you didnt use up all your ram slots, try putting the new ram in the unused slots and see if that works.

If it doesnt you may have to get a new motherboard.

E210882 motherboard powers on but then i get beep code... short 111-11

Remove the RAM from the slot and clean it. after that stick it back on the ram slot and try . If the same sound again then pull back the ram & put in a other ram slot. If you face same problem again then your RAM is damaged. For confirmation just use your ram in different motherboard. If its working there, then your motherboard ram slot not connecting well with motherboard. You need to repair your motherboard.
Thanks & waiting for your feedback.

Problems with 3 brand new PC 133 512 MB RAM in Netvista 6794

That last RAM probably is good. Many motherboards have problems using many different memory. All of the memory you have should be at least identical to ensure that they work. When RAM run at different speed or require a little more voltage, they will not let your motherboard boot. You can try mixing up the order you put the RAM in. Try putting the last RAM in the first slot by itself, the motherboard should boot. Then try the rest.

Also, whenever you add or change hardwares, you should clear the CMOS/BIOS settings.

I have problem about ram

If the manual says this motherboard support up to 1 GB RAM, you cannot put 2 GB. You can put 2x 512 GB RAM or 1GB RAM
Also try to upgrade your bios, maybe a better bios version supports more than 1 GB RAM.
