Zanussi ZWF1437W Washing Machine Problem

My new (6 months old and only 3 months in use since installed) washing machine has simply stopped working.

No errors are displayed on the LED, I can select all options as usual (prewash, delicates, drum speed, temperature, etc.) and the time is displayed for the time of the wash.

I then hit start as usual and the door locks and the light is illuminated but nothing happens.

The LED next to the Start button continues to flash and does not become solid as previously.

No water comes into the machine, the time remains as is, the door remains locked but nothing happens.

I hit reset and the door lock is disengaged and I also tried to deselct all the options and left just spin to see if with that option alone the machine would go into the spin cycle mode once I hit start again but still nothing happens.

I've checked the filters on the hose both that the pipe connection and at the machine connection itself and cleaned them.

I've taken off the top hoping to locate a reset button or something given that it seems to be what could be a minor problem but can't locate one.

Any advice would be helpful since I can't seem to get any from Zanussi.

I live in Grenada in the Caribbean and simply want it fixed whether under warranty or otherwise given I purchased it in the UK and they seem unwilling to assist me out here.

I've demonstrated to them I'm technically sound (well I thought so) and asked to purchase a Service Manual but they would not sell me.

HELP !!!!
