This is only happening with duplexed prints; standard prints are coming out flawless. I have replaced the duplexer unit, which has not fixed the issue. I am only using genuine Konica Minolta High-Yield toner -- it's dirt cheap nowadays -- and have also replaced the drum unit -- again genuine. I have cleaned the various rollers that are accessible from inside the top cover. I did recently adjust the Registration Roller Solenoid, but did not replace the worn felt pad. Could this be causing the issue?

I believe the duplex door is in the back of the printer.

Have you told the print driver that you have a duplex fitted, also is the paper set as plain as any thick setting will cancel out the duplex function.

Do you have the Duplex Unit installed, and also the firmware too i imagine... I would wonder if it's installed? Usually with these types of things, it just works, and is easy to find and do..
If using the Apple system then look below...
