how do i block a number on samsung e530 so that i cant receive texts or phone calls off them?

"On the text they sent me... click options.. go down to "block adress" and add them to the block list. then go on settings, message settings, sms settings, block settings, apply block. tada." from Blocking numbers, on a samsung? on YahooAnswers.
