I have my old crosley taken apart to clean it and such. Now I need to put it back together but I could not see how the belt was set up when I took it apart. Please let me know how to put the belt back on. Thanks
Put it around drum, then around motor pulley, then idler pulley with spring attached to, move it forward and slip belt onto idler pulley and release and belt should become tight, then self align belt by manually turning drum before putting unit together

Whirlpool door are a bit difficult to remove from the stove. the owners manual may tell you what you need to do to remove it. Once you have it off then the door can be taken apart by removing tye screws that hold it together. This should be done on a flat surface and taking a lot of care. Remember how it comes apart and reverse the procedure when putting it back together. If you break a glass they are expensive to replace if available.
Siijakiah, I have successfully taken apart and cleaned the waste ink absorber. My problem came when I was putting it back together. Can't find where the two springs under the ink cartridge rest go.
There are two small hard pads on the right hand side under the ink cartridge rest that are fairly easy to clean (just press gently with a tissue until no more ink comes out) as long as you don't drop them.
There are also two large pads right at the bottom of the printer that need cleaning and this requires that you take your printer apart. I can describe how to take it apart and clean them. I can also describe how to get it nearly back together.
If there is anyone else out there who is kind enough to explain/describe where the springs go, I am sure I would not be the only grateful person.
