I have a code 19 error for my DVD player in my laptop.how do I fix quickly.Laptop only 3 days old.

error codes for DVD usually pertains to either a mechanical error or a malfunction.

for a 3 day old computer to act up is just not right. bring this back to the computer shop where you bought it and get a new one.
