My Dell latitude laptop has an ATI video controller M1 - an aquarium 3D screensaver will not work with this - I am told to upgrade this which they called 'Rage Mobility 1'

I've tried several searches and have failed so far to find an update for this to download - can you help me find the site with the right driver - I have Win98SE OS.
