Problem for Tally Matrix T2280 Printer

when online the displays quote the above mentioned subject, I have reploaded the drivers but still no change? this printer is on a network, will still print but jut worries me as the display is still quoting the above

I have been told that this is a Printhead, or Logic Board fault.

Git rid of it on customers by cleaning printhead(two screws then taking printhead out & cleaning connections, Replacing).

But now i have THS error 009 ??

Actually u have to do temp calibration to remove the ths error
