the washing machine doesnt seem o rinse the water out ive cleaned the filter and everything but water keeps staying in there the onlyway i can take it out is through the filter my husband even tried the plumbing its been working fine up until now................

there is something caught in the pump ,remove pump and make sure it is free to turn,refit it when you have it checked fully,it will make it easy if you lay machine on its side,remove drawer before you do this,there maybe a coin in it,or small object,its a pump fault!
