Please advise as to how to increase the VOLUME on my DECT 6.0 phone.

To adjust the ringer volume:
  1. With the phone in standby, press ^ or v. The display shows the current volume level and the handset sounds the ringer at that level.
  2. Use ^ to make the ringer volume louder or use v to make it softer or turn it off completely.
  3. When you hear the ringer volume level you want to use, stop pressing keys. The handset will use the new ringer volume starting with the next incoming call.
Note: If you set the ringer volume to Off, the handset won't ring. If you have any accessory handsets, other handsets will ring according to their individual settings.

To adjust the earpiece volume:

You can choose from six volume levels for the handset earpiece. To adjust the earpiece volume while on a call, press ^ to make it louder or v to make it softer. The handset display shows the current volume level for the earpiece.

To adjust the speaker volume:

You can choose from six volume levels for the handset speaker while on a speakerphone call. To adjust the handset speaker volume, press ^ to make it louder or v to make it softer. The handset display shows the current volume level for the handset speaker.

Note: The handset earpiece and the handset speaker have separate volume settings.

My ring volume is very low and i cant make it louder

It is either a defect or you haven't found the correct setting.

Best bet is to call your cell phone provider's tech support. They can determine whether there is a problem and replace your phone if necessary.

I hope this helps.

I want my ring volume louder

Press Menu button and go to Sound Settings. Choose incoming call and choose volume to select the desired volume of your phone.

Shortcut key to this functionality is to press Menu and then immediately press 9 and then 4 and then 1 to go to Sound Settings.

Tell me if this helped you. Goodluck!

On most Uniden phones, just press the Volume up key to turn the ringer back on or turn the volume up, the more times you press the button the louder it will get. Conversely, pressing the down volume button will lower the ringer volume, and on some models eventually turn it off.

Phone wont ring? or paging system dosent work

looking at your phone, press the up volume button. It should be faint at first, and get louder. If you hear nothing, the speaker might have gone bad. Try another phone......

We cant hear the phone ring in our office now!

Call your phone from another phone. Don't answer it. Press you volume up/down button. Up makes the ring louder and down makes the ring softer. I bet someone turned you ring volume down. Once it is set it stays there. God Bless. Jerry
