Question about GE Washing Machines
Remove cap on top of agitator. Pull agitator up using both hands from the bottom. It may take a couple quick pulls. Check the splines on the shaft, or on the agitator. They are probably worn. Turn it 90 degrees and re-install and see if it is tighter. If not replace worn part.
