I have recently moved, when I reconnected the X box to the T.V. it no longer recognizes the wireless controllers. After trying to reconnect a controller, I get a flashing green ring on both the controller...

hello i think a flashing green means there a connection faulty from your xbox to your tv if you have disc in the xbox take it out unplug the xbox and the power supply as well leave for a bout an hour then recoonnect the xbox and check your connection from your tv to your xbox good luck

I have a wireless xbox 360 controller and it will work for awhile with my new xbox 360 slim. then the controller will shut off and it will say Please Reconnect the Controller. i do and 3 minutes it will do...

well its pretty much easy to tell that you got ripped off because duda your xbox is brocken now so i would return it and get your money back then buy a new one

Re sync the controller to your xbox if it is wireless, if wired disconnect the controller, restart the console and reconnect the controller.

replace battery first, then hold the button in front of the controller theres should be a icon look like ((( thats the reconnect button.

You can also try to hook up the USB cable to it then turn the machine on with it. then remove the cable after turning it on.

Seem the controller lost the information to the controller

Holding the button in front of the controller for 10 sec should fix it

If the control is blinks in sequence with the four LED light on the XBox 360 but it does not change to only one LED, being the one that corresponds to which player the control is, you need to remove the batteries from the control then disconnect power from your XBox 360. Wait a few minutes before reconnecting power to either then attempt to sync the control again. This resolves most issues.

I have had the same problem in the past. The problem with mine was the controller wires were loose from being wrapped tightly around the controller while not in use. Try pugging in a new controller or one you know does not have issues. Good luck.
