Psp my psp doesnt play music right and doesnt play ny games please help

u should press the select button on home and then put everything back to 0 or normal

try contatcting sony themselves they will help or go and ask a local games shop its probaly the laser.

You must have a memory stick in your PSP to add music or pictures to it.

When I connect my PSP to my computer with USB or pull the memory stick out and stick it in a card reader, I can copy music directly into the (drive letter):\MUSIC directory. Then when I disconnect the PSP or reinsert the memory card into it, the music is there to play.

you have the right cable, but some of the plugs may be fucked up. you need to make sure they are in the right holes and if it doesnt work, then go buy another one

First you're going to need a slim psp, if you have it then you just plug the cables to the right places. To play games on your tv you need a tv with progressive scan and component inputs.

Make sure you have it in the "MUSIC"(all in caps) folder within the PSP folder of your Memory Stick.

Inside the Memory Stick's PSP's MUSIC folder, you should either have the song file itself(mp3 or wma) or no more than one folder.

I.E:
Memory Stick>PSP>MUSIC>Gwen Stefani>Don't Speak.mp3
or simply
Memory Stick>PSP>MUSIC>Don't Speak.mp3

make sure thay are the right format if not the psp wont read them correctly

it is like as crash of psp system, If this is the first time you've used the Memory Stick Duo, you must format it with psp to create the proper PSP folder structure. Copy the music/audio files from your computer into the MUSIC folder inside the PSP folder on your Memory,

You can save and play music/audio on your PSP system in the following file formats:

Certificate Utility" Online Instructions Manual" and "Remote Play These are all programs to help and verify ur psp, u cant delete them, and for ur umd , i had the same problem, simply enough all i did was backup my memory stick then do a complete reset, bringing all setings bak to how they were when i first bought the psp, funny enough it worked after that
