SOURCE: My fridge freezer red exclamation warning light has appeared on the temperature panel it has never happened before help ! What does this mean I have a Beko AB 910S

The red exclamation mark means that the freezer is too warm to keep items frozen. Make sure that the freezer door is closed. If the freezer is opened frequently, reduce the number of times that the door is opened. If you put in a lot of fresh food, you may have to wait for the freezer to chill.

If the problem persists, then you need to check if the fan is running properly. Replace it if needed. Otherwise, the freezer sensor may be faulty.

The manual for the AB910 is available online. One source is at Manuals Lib: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/15132/Beko-Ab910.html . Beko has some of the parts here: https://www.bekospares.co.uk/fridge-freezer/ab910s-7218846385/catalogue.pl?path=110911&model_ref=11336069 . Other sources will probably also have the parts.

I hope this helps.

I have a beko fridge freezer seral no0810452709 model cda554w is this one of the models recalled

The model number you have supplied doesn't appear to be in the correct format. Please see the information that follows.

I'm pasting this response on all queries regarding the recently announced issue with BEKO fridge freezers and the risk of fire from their defrost mechanisms, but I have placed it here in hints and tips too, in the hope it will be of use to any concerned BEKO Fridge owners:

According to several sources I have checked, including the London METRO magazine ( http://www.metro.co.uk/news/868330-beko-fridge-freezers-fire-risk-warning-issued-to-homeowners-amid-recall) The MODEL numbers (not serial numbers) affected by the recall are as follows:

CA5411FFS
CDA752FS
CDA645FW
CA5411FFW
CDA752FW
CDA647FS

From what Ican ascertain, the fridges affected were manufactured between January 2000 andOctober 2006 (So, after shipping and sitting around in shops, you can probablyextend that margin to machines SOLD between 2000 and 2008)

If you go to the BEKO website, there is a link to check your serial number:

https://refsafety.beko.co.uk/

I have to say. Regardless of dates and matching serialnumbers, if I had an affected model,I would be checking with BEKO anyway!

Flashing light re temperature in fridge jenn air model

Your freezer may be a fan cooled system. Make sure that nothing is crammed up against the fan grill as this stops the air flow and probably causes the red light warning
