Question about Logitech Cordless Mouse
The unifying receiver is not recognised by my OS (windows XP service pack 2) I installed all the needed drivers. When I load driver and plug in unifying receiver it says that no receivers are found. Any suggestions?
It could be the receiver is bad or the driver is not properly installed. Try to uninstall/reinstall the driver. Try also connecting the receiver into different USB ports of your computer
If same problem occurs, try installing the driver and connect the receiver into another computer to isolate the problem. You can uninstall the software after that.
If same thing happens, then contact the manufacturer to RMA the device.
Have a great day!
