Question about HP Compaq nc6220 Notebook
It needs to be enabled in the OS not in BIOS. There are several options in the OS to enable it.
1. By turning on the switch (#3 on the image below)
2. On the Device Manager (right-click on MyComputer, properties, Hardware tag, Device Manager) right-click on the Wireless Network adapter and select Enable.
3. If it is enabled, then disable and uninstall it and then install it and enable it.
If any of this fix it, then you may want to check if it is a hardware failure.
