If the phone displays the message "PHONE FREEZE. SIM UNAVAILABLE PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER" then your phone has got hard locked. You need to unfreeze the phone to get unlocked. You can get the unfreeze code, unlock code through online..........give your IMEI number and get the unlock code for ur mobile.... i will suggest the website TheUnlockSpot.com which is doing good service .....you can approach this website.

Seems like a lot of people have reported the same problem. Not sure how it helps, but people have reported it getting fixed by restarting the mobile without the SD card in. If it works, put in the SD card later. Please try this. Regardless, do contact Virgin Mobile about the problem.

remove the batteries. rest it for some mins then put the batt again and switch it on. do this for a couple of times. your cellphone must be "tired" so it hung

the mobile needs to be reflash....take it to a mobile service center or professional mobile technician and have that done.
