Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3

1 Answer

RAZR Will not turn on. No previous problems.

I have a RAZR that my friend has given me. The phone has been working for him and he recently (past month or so) got an iPhone so no longer has need for the RAZR. No problems, no water damage, never been dropped, absolutely no problems. But for some reason it will not charge now or even turn on. I am wondering if there is a reboot process for the RAZR or something that I can do to turn it back on. Anyone that can offer any help would be much appreciated!

First try the easy way get a new battery if that does not work , try a new charger if that still does not work, try and reflash the original firmware on the phone....one of those will correct the problem.

your main-board could be failing but you should have it reflash the firmware on the phone that might solve your problem if not then replaced the phone.

do not provide the user manual, however, function of the H350 is very similar to the H500 and we are providing a link to the H500 user guide. Just copy and paste this link into your browser and Motorola will explain how to connect your Bluetooth Headset. http://telecom.hellodirect.com/eBiz/pdf/cellphoneheadsets/Motorola_H500_Manual.pdf

Razr v3

If your charger is not an orginal Motorola v3 then you have a problem. Make sure its original. You may want to check your battery capacity, if thats below 3v then you need to get it back to standard capacity.
