Just wanting to know how to remove the front screen to clean the dust of the projectors

You can do that but an easier way is to remove rear cover (set unplugged)and clean the lens with a lens cloth or paper towel with glass cleaner sprayed on it.

It is fairly easy to damage screen when removing it/replacing it.

Let me know what you find.

BLACK SPOT ON TV DUE TO DIRECT SPRAY ON SCREEN

The lenticular lens will have to be replaced. It is not an easy task to do as there is quite a bit of tear down needed to do so. The part number for the screen is 2-590-450-01 there is also a screen right behind the lenticular called the fresnel lens which will possibly get damaged taking the unit apart. The part number for it is 2-590-449-02. I would suggest having a technician do the replacement, that way if they damage the replacement screens its on them and not you. Please take a moment to rate my answer. Thanks...

My cinego projector was dropped and now shows a line down the screen

if it was dropped on the front, the lens might have cracked. if it's pixelated, you damaged the dmd chip and you might as well replace the projector.

RU -44, small "pink" spot on screen.

Green is missing from the area where you see the pink (actually magenta) spot. This might be due to a large amount of dirt on the green lens. It may be due to damage to the face of the green picture tube. You need to remove the front screen so you can look into the lens and determine that.

Depending on the make and model of TV, the screen may be held on by snap fasteners and come loose when you pull on the plastic bezel surrounding it. Or the bezel may pull off to reveal brackets screwed into the cabinet that secure the screen. Or there may be a trim strip under the screen that pulls off to reveal screws. Remove those and the screen will swing up and off.

Once you can see the lenses, clean them with a soft rag and glass cleaner. With the set on, look down into the lens and you can see the face of the picture tube. If you see a dark spot on the face, the tube is damaged and would need to be replaced

Fixing scratches on front of screen

I doubt it will make much difference, but try lens cleaner, check this link.

http://www.brightsolutionsinc.com/

Any commercial grade plastic cleaner/ buffing soloution might be worth a try.

The product may damage the outer screen though. I recently replaced all 3 for about $500 after my kid shot them out with a BB gun.

BROKEN SHIELD

Behind the protective shield are two plastic layersright next to each other if the front one is not broken and the quality of the picture is good considering the damage to that specific spot on the screen you should not have to replace it,only remove whats left of the broken shield.Be careful not to scratch that front lens.
