It's a program for keeping your drivers up to date. You don't need it. Remember don't try fixing something that isn't broken - if your pc works just fine with the drivers you have then you don't need new ones.

All u got to do is 1st download "net Framework 2.0"
then the drivers that u download will self extract when u click them.
I recommend using a driver program like "Driver Genius"
1. Place the applications installation file on the Desktop.
2. Right Click the applications installation file and select Properties/Compatibility Tab. Select the appropriate options from the list in the following image.
3. Click Apply/OK.
4. Right Click the file and select the Run As Administrator option to install.
