Need set up my zune serial number is 082256563710

you need to download the zune software from microsoft. I believe it is called zune marketplace. The interface is a little cumbersome but straight forward enough. Zune's will not work on Windows Media Player. Microsoft is trying to compete with I-tunes on this with their Zune marketplace. Like I said a lot of flash on it but not a lot of substance with the software, but you have to use it to get your media on your player.

hope this helps

Cant figure out how to daonload song from the computer to the mp3 player

Plugin your MP3 player to the USB port.
Make sure that your MP3 player is recognised by the computer. You can see your MP3 player listed under my compuer in Xp and computer in Vista.
Note : If its not listed then you need to download the software for your MP3 player to syncronize with the computer. You can let me know your MP3 player model number and hope i can paste the link to download the software for you if needed.

Right click the songs, click send to and choose your MP3 player from the list.

Problems downloading

The Sansa e250 comes with its own software which you must use to encode songs, video and photos. This software comes with the MP3 player on a CD.

If you cannot find the CD you can download the software below.

I hope this helps you, please take a moment and rate my solution with your issue.

Lost software for the Mp3 player model number YP-U3J ZB/XEU

How to get music onto your USB MP3 player without software. 28822404.jpg
One of the typical problems people run into with MP3 players is that they lose the software that came with the player and can't figure out how to get music on or off the player. So here's a quick how to. This will work with most brands of MP3 players, or even USB flash drives.

First you need to plug it in to the USB port, if you are running anything newer than windows 98 you won't need a driver. Double click on my computer and it shows up as a removable disc(usually drive letter f:), double click this drive to open it as folder. This folder will show you all directory's and files on your player, here you can delete any songs on your player by finding the file and deleteing it. From here you can also put your music onto the player by copying and pasting your music files from your hard drive. If you are not sure where your music is located you can run a search by clicking START>SEARCH>FOR FILES OR FOLDERS (if you are running XP click pictures music or video, check music then click search, each file will have it's location in small print below it's name, or you can right click each song and hit copy, then go back to f: drive and right click and hit paste, you can copy more than one). Hope this helps.
