I can't see any procedure for removing any disc. So your best option is to open the unit containing the disc up and remove it manually. If your lucky you should see a belt that will slide the drawer out. If you have doubts then take it to the nearest JVC repair shop.

You might have the connections wrong. If there is component in on you tv(red,green,blue) then use the for the best picture. Other wise use the yellow composite video out to the yellow video in on your tv
