Question about Audio Players & Recorders
WHEN I CONECT MY MP4 TO MY COMPUTER, IT SHOWS LIKE THE MEMORY IS FULL WHEN IN FACT, THE DEVICE HAS NO SONGS IN IT. THERE ARE NOT PICTURES OR OTHER FILES IN IT EITHER AND THERE IS NOT RESET BUTTON.
Try opening hidden files or system files on your computer to see whether it is actually full or not, due to some viruses which have hidden attribute and copy themselves up on flash drives. Otherwise try a disk check, sometimes file system errors can show fake memory.
There is a reset button on most mp4 players. It is a button inside a hole as large as a pin, look for such a hole and press it using a pin or someting thin.
