Question about Microsoft Video Game Consoles & Games
I can tell you why...because Microsoft made it and they tell you not to use a fan (because it will void your warranty) but if you don't the system overheats and you get the two rings of death....now for the solution. Whatever you do, don't send it to Microsoft for repairs because it could take weeks and all they do is send you a different refurbished one that will probably break faster than the one you had.
You can try and fix it yourself:
or take it to a person that works on computers, more than likely they have fixed many. Xbox's are just like computers and I have had the pleasure of fixing more than I would like too.
Hope this helps!

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
