I would like to download games from WAP butI cannot do it.

I enter WAP address in my Media Net browser but I get a message saying that WAP pages cannot be displayed. I have ATT for my carrier.

Hi,
Depending on what phone you have, there are different types of games, e.g., JAVA Games (.jar), Symbian Games (.sis or .sisx) etc.

Your phone is from ATT, then it will most probably support JAVA Games (.jar). If you're receiving an error, you may need to download the .jad file (which is available to download from the website [www.myxertones.com]).

I don't know about T-Mobile but the settings for AT&T are as follows if they help at all.

***First Step***
1.Main menu --> Select Services
3.Select Data Account --> Select GPRS
5.Select the first entry
6.Edit the account name to Media Net
7.Edit APN to wap.cingular (lowercase)
8.Edit Username to WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM (UPPERCASE)
9.Edit Password to CINGULAR1 (UPPERCASE)
10.Edit Auth Type. to Secure
11. Save

Select Back --> Select Back

***Second Step***

Select WAP
1.Select Settings --> Edit Profile

MEdia Net problem


You have to enable the Wap on your sim card, this you do by phoning your Service provider and asking them to enable it for you, if you already did this, you have to get the Wap Setting from them for your specific phone, this differs from phone to phone Hope this helps you Regards

You'll need a 3rd party WAP browser (note: not WAP PDA. Both PPC and Palm powered device can do this as long as they have the application for it.) The web browser it comes with I don't think it is WAP compatible. Though I have no experience with any of them, I'm sure there are a few out there as shareware/freeware for PalmOS.
