the volume control for the headset is typically the same one you use for the phone. plug the headset in again & use the volume control to increase/decrease volume as you require, remove the headset and use the same volume control to increase/decrease the volume on the device..

Try resetting your headset by pressing power key and volume up key, until the LED flickers in different seqence. after a while try connecting with your device. it should work.
There is no option provided with sony ericsson headsets to increase the volume as only one button is there in it which is meant to use for attending and disconnecting calls only. Volume adjustment is made by depressing the two + and - together until beep is heard
once beep is heard press the + button several times until louder bleep is heard this will increase transmission from headset and cure the problem
Hi Ihenski If your USB cable is sure to be working try increasing your phone's volume or betterstill increase the volume of your earphones if it has one, if problem persists get new earphones.
