You will have to open the top of the washer.

take a flat head screwdriver and place it at the seam area around the washing machines rim, the front should lift up from some clips that hold it down, look down inside for any corroded hoses or signs of water leaking from pressed hose fittings.

if there is no leak signs at top of washer then you may have to take the back cover off and look at the bottom for signs of water stains or corrosion.

replace hose if tightning it doesn't work. run the washer with panel off so you can spot leaks.

WHEN I TURN ON WASHER WATER LEAKS FROM BOTTOM OF WASHER

Hello there and thank you for choosing fixya
This can be a fairly easy repair normaly the problem is that the hoses at the bottom of the machine will wear out or loosen up over time and will need to be re tightened or replaced so what you will need to do is to pull the machine out about 4 to 5 ft from the wall and lean the machine back so you can inspect the hoses annd the drain pump you will be able to see where the water has been leaking from cause there will be residue on the parts that are leaking and on the floor where it has been leaking
Then all you have to do is to repair the leak meaning tighten up the hose clamp or remove and replace the hose if needed ok now if the pump iself is leaking then you may have to remove the pump and see if any thing on the pump is broken and replace that part as needed ok?
Hope this helps
Best regards Mike

you will need to narrow down where the water is leaking from. under the door...? behind the bottom drain door..? underneath machine..? behind machine..? leaks can be found in many areas.

sounds like you have a water leak. The machine is fitted with a leak detection device that runs the drain pump constantly as a safety mechanism. If you want to look your self you will need to pull the machine out and tilt it back and if possible remove the bottom panel, should be 4 screws, this gives you access to the components. Then see if you can see where the leak is coming from. Hope this helps.

Hi just read your posting. Now have you checked for the leak where the drain hose comes out of the case of the machine? It is located at the back top left of the machine.Have you checked the inlet hoses at the tap end and the machine end?Rub the inlet hoses with your hand from the tap to the machine on both hoses to feel if there is any water on them.Check the nozzle under the lid where the water comes into the machine to see if it is not loose or broken. Please reply and let me know how you got on and If you need further help.Looking forward to your reply.

Leak

You have 3 areas to check. Drain hose, water pump and hot/cold water valves. Any of those 3 areas can be the cause. Most often leaks are caused by loose hoses, but neptunes use a plastic water pump that can clog and lose bearing water seals as well. Try the easy options first, then if those solutions don't point to the cause, remove the front cover and check the water pump for moisture.

Speed queen washer leaking & won't pump out water .....

water level sensor could be faulty, but it shouldnt leak from bottom, may be loose hoses or cracked drum if plastic. try this though, a hose/ sensor line running from tub to the top lid may have popped off , which would explain the two problems. after removing as much water as you can , til the washer on its side and check all hoe connections. if all is good, pop off top lid and check connections there. sometimes the strong motions of a washer pop out hoses or break the plastic nipples right off.
