* Make sure that all necessary drivers are installed in your computer (if it requires driver installation)
* Check the system requirements and the compatibility.
If it requires driver installation and you know that the driver is installed. Try to uninstall the driver, reboot the computer and then reinstall the driver.
If same problem occurs, you need to contact the manufacturer for second opinion.
