Question about Refrigerators
Hi, The first thing you want to check is the inlet tube that sticks through the rear wall of the freezer section. These inlet tubes plug up with ice quite frequently. If the tube is plugged with ice, thaw the ice inside the tube and then replace the inlet valve. The inlet valve will leak water when they get older and cause the water to freeze in the inlet tube.
