I presume you tried turning off the computer and pushing the key back in place.
A quick search for the keyboard on line shows them(the whole key board) available for under $30.
They are not difficult to replace.
You might consider doing it yourself.

Question mark on keyboard stopped working Toshiba Laptop

Do you see/feel any condensation or any dust particals? The key may have either under it. First use compressed air under key. Pop off and clean under and pop on again. Refer to http://www.wikihow.com/Pop-a-Key-Back-Onto-a-Dell-Laptop-Keyboard to do this correctly. If not fixed the keyboard may need replaced.

My number 1 key on the numberpad is stuck

Step 1:
What sort Of stuck ?

A stuck key on a keyboard is one of those annoying things. The typical desktop keyboard has about 104 keys, a laptop keyboard has a few less. The problem of a stuck key can be a hardware or a software problem or the key itself might be the culprit.

Hit the key several times. This will almost always unstuck a key. Clean the keyboard with an approved keyboard cleaner. These often come as wipes. People sometimes spill food and drink that can make keys sticky. Pop the keys out using a small knife or flathead screwdriver. Most keys pop right out and can be pushed right back in place. Look for something that might be blocking the key and remove anything you find.

How do you repair a keyboard button that has popped off?

Laptop keyboard keys will "pop" back on just as easily as they "pop" off.

place the key over the raiser. center it and give it a push. if the raiser or key sockets are not damaged it will just pop back in. Otherwise you will need to replace the key.

you can find boards on ebay. Replacing the board over the key is usually better. Many times people selling keys charge 7-12$USD a key where the board coudl be 20-30. Personally i rather get the new board but each has their own choice

Insertion of letter "s" in typing

That's a bit iffy. Have you spilled anything on the keyboard? It sounds like the key is a little sticky. I'd replace it personally, but if your so inclined, try popping the key off and use a q-tip with some rubbing alcohol to clean it up a bit. Then pop the key back on.

Usually you can pretty easily pop a key off a keyboard, although they all vary. I reccomend using a thin piece of flat rigid plastic to do it (the MacGuyver method would be something like the corner of a plastic putty knife - it's amazing how much tension they can put on a key without damaging it), a srewdriver tends to gouge the key and cause different sticking problems. Of course you do that at your own risk, some keyboards have retaining clips on the keys (especially low-profile and laptop keyboards). You alway run the risk of not being able to get the key to snap back on, or on some models the key comes off and a little spring goes flying and you never find it again. But again, that's up to you. The worst that can happen is you need to get a new keyboard.

Keyboard key popped off

The key should pop back on... if it doesn't then the brackets on the keyboard for that specific key are broken. The keyboard will still function properly... every key will work fine.

Or buy a new keyboard.. they are cheap.

Key popped off keyboard

On the Keyboard, There should be a small little clamp housing. On the back of the key you should see a piece of metal that is sort of Staple shaped (A non bent staple) Just try and put the ends of the metal into the housing, Then apply a little amount of force onto the key to pop it back in.
Before applying pressure, Make sure that both ends are properly in place.

Hope this helps!

B key on my Dell Latitude popped off

Generally, once a key pops off a portable keyboard the keyboard needs to be replaced. It is pretty simple to replace and not too expensive.

Here is an example of a replacement on Ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-KEYBOARD-DELL-8500-500M-Latitude-D505-D600-D800_W0QQitemZ250338315590QQcmdZViewItemQQptZPCA_Mice_Trackballs?hash=item250338315590&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1234%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318%7C301%3A1%7C293%3A1%7C294%3A50

To replace the keyboard, just remove the hinge cover, take out the screws for the keyboard and lift the keyboard to release the cable connector.
