What you do is download the music onto your computer first into a specific folder, such as my music.. Then once the music is in that folder.. ( downloaded form the net, or copied from a cd)
Then you would plug the mp3 player into your computer..
Then open up the screen, "My Computer"
Then find where it shows your Mp3 player, ( should be near your cd drive )
Then copy the music you want from the folder that holds your music, copy it, and then paste it onto the mp3 player..
That should load the songs on it to where you can disconnect it, and then listen to them..
first connect your mp4 to your laptop with a usb cable. once it shows up on the laptop copy or cut and paste your music to the root folder of your mp4 or the music folder. after that is done disconect your mp4 from your laptop.
restart you mp4 and your music should now show up. enjoy your music
when you have your Vl-875 is plugged in just open up my computer and double click on the f drive (i think its f anyways) and you should get a bunch of folders like "Audio" and "Music" and the like. just open up the Audio folder NOT the music folder and drag your songs into it it you can create folders with in it for naming cd titles etc then just drag and drop your music into the folders you have created
all mp3 and MP4 players have a built in USB port for connecting it to your computer, connect a USB cable to your MP4 player and the other end of the able to your computer's available USB port, windows will recognise the drive and install it for you. all you need to do is to go to my COMPUTER and double click on your MP4 player drive to open the content of your drive
check to see that the drive is has foldes like MY MUSIC, you can use windows media player to sync music files in your library to your MP4 player.
