Question about Bunn Cuisinart Coffeemaker: Pour-Omatic Coffee Brewer ( O Matic)
I have a Saeco Magic Roma machine, which is not working correctly. When the coffee button is depressed, it grids no worries, puts the coffee grounds into the brew group. The motor then activates to turn the brew group into the next position, but i think it is running slow, not making it to the point it lifts and seals and therefore the water is never activated to run through the coffee. The motor then reverses back to the N position like it has completed its cycle. No fault indicators are present.
Not sure if the issue is the motor / solenoid which rotates the brew group, or if something is jamming and not allowing it to rotate freely.
Remove brew unit and push on bottom end shaft you will hear a snap then turn and lift small bar lever ( if you are holding unit with handle towards you it will be on the right side), this will help you see if there is an obstruction.
