Question about Palm Treo 650 Handheld
I have recently (6 mos) begun having problems with my palm treo 650. When on a call, my voice will drop out - I can hear but cannot be heard. It happens anywhere at anytime. I have had the sim card changed 2x but didn't help. T-mobile has no answer for me. This is a new phone (purchased since I thought my previous 650 might have been the problem). Since it still happens on new phone, don't know what else to do. I've had very good luck with palm phones for a few years and just started having this problem recently. I love my treo and would hate to have to switch to a different phone. Any problems noted re: these palm phones? All help is appreciated -
Sorry, no solution - just some added info. I have the same problem with a Palm Centro. Changed sim card (O2) but no improvement. Palm eventually replaced Centro, but fault persists. Anyone with similar problems / solutions?

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I would suggest a hard reset. Be sure that all of your information is backed up prior to preforming these steps.
Please follow the hard reset instructions in the following publication.
