Question about Uniden DECT 6.0 Cordless Phone ID
When you configure your phone, you also configure remote access. There is a code (one set by default at factory, or the one you chose when configuring it). To hear your messages when away, you call you number and wait for the machine to answer (welcome message). When invited to leave message, enter your code and listen to instructions. One menu item will certainly enable you to hear your messages. If you call often your phone long distance, you might find it interesting to activate toll saver option: With toll saver phone answers after 2 rings if there are new messages. If it does not answer after 2 rings there are no new messages and you hang up with no communication fees to pay.
Hope it helps.
