Yu may have the sensor stuck or piece of paper is causing it to say so. Check for small paper jam or flick the switch a few times. Also check the part where the door touches the sensor and make sure it is closing properly as sensor may have shifted and need adjusting..

How do I remove the top cover to oil the machine

Some of the more inexpensive machines are not meant to be opened and in fact may not have a cover to remove. However, if it does have a removable cover it will run the length of your machine. There will be a screw on each side that you can loosen. Once completely loosened, the cover will easily pull off.
Quick rule of thumb for oiling is, place a few drops of oil wherever gears come in contact with other gears or metal rubs on metal.
Always use the correct oil! Correct oil will always be labeled as Sewing Machine which is very light both in viscosity and color and is made specifically for sewing machines.

Its always saying that BACK COVER IS OPEN we already check it for many times but its intact and in correct possition. and also the paper wont feed the machine.

Hi there!!
The message that you're getting means that either the back cover is not closed securely or there's a jammed paper inside. Here's what you can do to clear the message:
-Please unplug the fax machine for your safety -Open the front cover -Remove the toner & drum assembly (theres a handle in the center of the drum/toner assembly, just pull it towards you. -Remove any pieces of paper stuck or the jammed paper -Remove the toner from the drum and check for any other pieces of paper stuck -Once everything is clear -Reinstall the toner back into the drum and the drum & toner assembly to the fax machine. You should hear it click into place once installed correctly -Close the front cover & plug in the power cord. That should clear the message
Hope this helps, Thumbs up if it does, thanks!

I have an f3 and f4 error code on asko washing machine front loader. i know what the error codes are just dont know where they are anyone can help I need it thanks

F3 indicates a problem with the drain pump. At the bottom left of the machine, theres a square cut-out. This is where the drain pump is located. Using a flat head screwdriver or similar object, insert in opening on right side and gently pry open the drain pump cover.
Once the cover has been opened, be careful when opening the drain pump, as there is always a little water left in the drain pump. Before you open the drain pump, place a small container on the floor below the drain to catch the water. Pull the small black hose from the door and let the water drain into the container. You can now open the drain pump to clean it out. Also clean the pump rotor at the back of the pump housing. Replace the drain cover and reconnect the drain hose securely back to its position on the door. Close the cover.

F4 indicates a problem with the water inlet valve. Make sure the water supply is fully turned on. If no water enters the machine, then turn water supply off. Disconnect the hoses from the water inlet valve to see if the strainer in the inlet connection is blocked. Reconnect the hoses and turn on water supply. Hopefully this solves your problem.

Back Cover Open Close The Back Cover Is Message I'm getting. What is the Problem?

Open the front cover and remove the drum and toner(cartridge).

There should be a paperjam in the machine. It reads back cover open because the piece of paper is covering the sensor for the back cover.

Machine says back cover open and opening the cover then closing it does not fix it I have a dhcp 720

There is a sensor lever on the black guide that goes into a sensor on the right as you face the back. This guide is closed by the back door. If that lever is out of place it will always say back door open.

DCP 7010

Thesame problem occurs on my machine while copying. I always turn on and off the machine since i already removed the paper jammed inside. Until I thought of removing the toner cartridge and found out that there were still 2 coupon bounds inside it that can not be seen if the cartridge is still intact. After slowly removing it the LCD screen was back to normal!

Push up on the release latch on the Right Side Cover to open the cover

  1. CAUTION: Ensure the side cover is always open before opening the front cover.

IF it is not sliding in. remove the cartridge and on the back of it, there is a round drive you may have to spin a quarter turn and reinsert. Sometimes that doesnt line up
