Question about GE Profile 26.6 cu. ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator with Dispenser TFX27PRBWW
GE Model # PSS25NGMD. Refrigrator is droping down below frezzing. Can't get to stay above freezing. I think it is the thermostaic. Not sure where its located.
Your model a WR49X10091 Electric Controled Air Damper between the freezer and the fresh food section. Sometimes they get stuck open and sometimes the electric motor malfunctions. Most times a little frost will hang them up. Until we can see that we can get this part opening and closing properly we will need to unplug your refrigerator and examine the inside of the back of the freezer behind the rear panel to see if there happens to be frost stopping the door from regulating temperatures.
