I recorded with Ultimate Voice Recorder on ...

I recorded with Ultimate Voice Recorder on my iPhone 6 meetings and would like them transcribed. Unfortunately during playback a call came in on my iPhone and now I have a dialog box in Ultimate Voice Recorder that said ''playback was interruped... continue or cancel.'' Either choice does nothing and returns you to iPhone home screen. Without disconnecting this dialog box, I can't use this program for more recordings, playback, transcription, access to previous memos. I HAVE A DEADLINE OF 5 HOURS TO FINISH THIS PROJECT AND NEED ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO FIX MY PROBLEM. Thank you

When you say go to iTunes and do a restore... you don't mean an iPhone restore which would bring it back to factory condition which would erase everything in my iPhone permanently,

Sep 12, 2009 - OK. I did anothe hard reset and pressed HOME and ON button simultaneously until itunes logo appeared. I got a dialog box in itunes that said iPhones is in recovery mode and needs to be restored. I went ahead and did the restore but nothing is happening on iPhone (sitll with itunes logo, no bar on status of recovery) and iTunes is at the summary page showing iphone still connected to computer
