Detergents can be so harsh on metal parts so they somtimes include a waxy substance that prevents corrosion .. this can build up and make a mess as well as smell bad .. fabric softner can build up also .. you can clean it out once in a while using a solution of vinigar and baking soda ... here is a site that might help if you have a top loader .. similar things can be done for a front loader ...

there are commercial "washing machine cleaners" that do about the same thing .. Tide makes one that seems to be good .. you can find that here

I tried fixing the chain in the Hampton fan model #b522qi-bn and forgot how to re-plug the wires HELP!!!!

Usually the black wire goes into the L. I don't know what color your wires are but you can try what I have here.
L - Black, 1 - gray or orange, 2 - brown or yellow, 3 - purple
The bad news is just because the switch looks the same on the outside doesn't mean it's the same on the inside.

My AOC 912SW, the screen is pink, I tried the UDPixel and black looks brown, cables and video card are fine. tried them on another computer and the problem persists, any solution

Chances are high that it's your video drivers messing up. Try installing the graphic card drivers from one of the CDs you got with your computer, if you don't have those anymore you can download them from the official site of the graphics card manufacturer.
If you don't know how to find out which graphic card you have, let me know and i'll try to help out.

Have a 20001 kdx 220. need to know fuel oil ratio

40:1 is generally the ratio for this bike, as long as it was jetted correctly for that ratio and hasn't been messed with.

If you don't know the bike's history, check your silencer isn't ejecting any excess partially burned oil and there's not excessive smoke, also check the spark plug to see how its burning. It should be chocolate brown.

I have a yellow tint across most of the page on my canon imagerunner c3200 color copier/printer. I don't see it on the first pages but it tends to appear after maybe 20+ pages Maybe related to the...

Bottom line is that your yellow drum is failing. Back ground is very common on this model with older drums. It is not related to temperature. Your best answer is to replace drum. Always make sure machine is turned off durning any drum (imaging unit) change. If the high cost is something you don't want jump into then. Always run very short runs until error code E0000020 apprears. The irC3200 series is without a doubt is predicable. If your going to have an imaging issue it will for sure apprear between 10-20 copiers. If your colour changes to a muddy yellow or brown smear than it will be a cleaning blade failure. These two replaces are easy to do. Good Luck.

Brown marks on my light coloured clothes

I just noticed My Frigidaire doing the same thing. Using a lightly soapy damp cloth, I cleaned the interior, paying particular attention to the small gap between the drum and the housing. I also took apart the lint pre-filter and screen and cleaned them. There was a filmy build up of the same colored substance. I suspect that dryer sheets are leaving a waxy residue that over time is sufficient enough to rub off on lighter colored, primarily synthetic, fabrics.

Dryer leaves brown spots on clothing articles. Suspect back seals as gaps are evident and drum is loose within the unit. What is remedy? Cost of seal replacement?? Kenmore 62802 Electric Dryer Deb in Brown...

With the combination of seal gaps and brown spots (streaks) on your clothes, chances are the front (part # 3406129 ~ $26) and rear (part # 279857 ~ $17) drum seals need to be replaced. Run a rag around the seals and check the marks to confirm this is the problem.
Depending how big the gap is, you may need to replace the drum support rollers if they are worn (part # 349241T ~ $24).
The parts are available at Sears. Labor costs will vary depending on where you live and if you're not replacing them yourself.
Let me know if you need more help or information.
Good luck!
