Question about Philips Audio Players & Recorders
I have a mac and we can't instal the go gear do I need to download a program? or is another type of computer needed can you help? thank you
Use a program called Double Twist, it's great for non-iPod devices. It pulls all your music from iTunes and does the necessary file conversions automatically so you don't have to deal with it.
Heres the link: http://www.doubletwist.com/dt/Home/Index.dt
Hope this helps!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
