Question about Xerox DocuColor 12 Color Copier
Just had a couple things fixed on my Xerox Docucolor 12 Copier/Printer.
Tech unplugged & re-plugged internal board connections to find and reset loose connections.
Problem was fixed.
NOW.... Doc 12 has "forgotten" that it is a printer.... it is not recognizing the Splash server... how do i know this? when server is "OFF", copier ALWAYS displays "Network Controller Error. Check Connections to the Network Controller". I am no longer seeing that message, and server says "no device found". Yet, when i shut down server, it wakes copier from sleep. All cables have been unplugged and replugged in. I am sure something got reset in NVRAM. How do i go into the NVRAM or whatever and tell copier it is ALSO a printer?
Check ur fiery card that connect to copier
remove card clean any dust at the pins / slot lines then try
