Question about Cell Phones

I recorded with Ultimate Voice Recorder on my iPhone 6 meetings and would like them transcribed. Unfortunately during playback a call came in on my iPhone and now I have a dialog box in Ultimate Voice Recorder that said "playback was interruped... continue or cancel." Either choice does nothing and returns you to iPhone home screen. Without disconnecting this dialog box, I can't use this program for more recordings, playback, transcription, access to previous memos. I HAVE A DEADLINE OF 5 HOURS TO FINISH THIS PROJECT AND NEED ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO FIX MY PROBLEM. Thank you

    When you say go to iTunes and do a restore... you don't mean an iPhone restore which would bring it back to factory condition which would erase everything in my iPhone permanently,

    OK. I did anothe hard reset and pressed HOME and ON button simultaneously until itunes logo appeared. I got a dialog box in itunes that said iPhones is in recovery mode and needs to be restored. I went ahead and did the restore but nothing is happening on iPhone (sitll with itunes logo, no bar on status of recovery) and iTunes is at the summary page showing iphone still connected to computer

    All that has been done many many times. Did not solve problem. Doesn't look like iPhone is stuck but the Ultimate Voice Recorder application is. I've re-installed the software and that still did not solve the problem.



    Any other suggestsions?

    Well, your suggestion managed to completely erase EVERYTHING on my iPhone INCLUDING THOSE VERY IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS WHICH NEEDED TO BE TRANSCRIBED FOR TRIAL. Thanks for NOTHING. I'd probably lose my job now.

I would suggest try sync up with itunes and see if that downloads it. other than that im stumped. sorry.

Try this few instructions â Press and hold the Home button below the screen for at least six seconds, until the application you were using quits. â If that doesn’t work, turn iPhone off and turn it on again. Press and hold the Sleep/ Wake button on top of iPhone for a few seconds until a red slider appears, and then drag the slider. Have you tried reseting the phone?

I found these instructions on Apple's web site.

To reset iPhone, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least 10 seconds. During this time, a red "power off" slider may appear and the screen may go black, but do not release Sleep/Wake and Home buttons until the Apple logo appears.

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. Press the home keys and power button simultaneously for about 5 secs and it'll reboot. If it still does the same thing then push off and tap butons together while the iphone is connected with the computer. Keep pressing it for long, while Itunes logo will apear. After the logo appears, restore it via Itunes.

Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance.

Rewinding to listen to recording


You should use the computer with Digital Voice Editor software to have more options when trabscribing. You could then use the transcribing keys to playback your recordings and regulate the velocity of the playback.
Download Digital Voice Editor Version 3.1.03 for Windows Vista/XP/2000.
64 bit version operating systems are not supported, though

Olympus DS30 voice recorder play speed issue


Hi, the solution to the problem seems to be the following. When u press play, once, you get 1x play. If whilst playing you press play a second time the DS-30 goes into slow play mode, and if you press a second time it goes into fast mode. For those of us who accidentally went into either fast or slow mode, just press the play button again, during playback, until "play" appears on the LCD screen. Apparently it is as simple as that.

Voice playback is extremely slow.


try with some contact spray ,put it on the speed of tape button and that will solve the problem for some time.
