Question about Dyson DC14 All floors Bagless Upright Cyclonic Vacuum
Probably jammed with hair or fibre most commonly. The base comes off by means of a 1/2 turn anti clockwise of 3 'screws' on the base and the base clips off and on. Recommended you do this each time you use the cleaner. Alternately it may be a broken drive caused by build up of this kind
