Touch screen was working and then it froze up. Shutdown the phone several times, still is not working. I can still use the keyboard to make calls. I have removed the battery in hopes that this will fix it. Looking for additional information.

I know what you mean.. i have the same phone and all i've had is problems.. all you can do is call at&t and see if they can replace it with a new one.. Ive gotten three from them and still they break.. There's no other way around it.... sorry
well if you've had it for 30 days or less then you can get it another one or get your money back, but if its been over 30 days then yuo can contact your wireless provider and see if theyll fix it for you
