I have a brand new Lenox LF24-75A installed in my shop and it starts up and runs a minute or two and the flames go out , and a minute or two the flame comes back on and continues to do this cycle, with no LEDs indicating a fault.

York gas furnace pilot lights and begins heat cycle but burner quickly goes out and system continues to run blowing cold air

There is a flame sensor that holds the gas valve open when there is a flame present. Heat generates about 10 to 15 milivolts to do this. Make sure the side of the flame is touching the sensor. If it looks ok Tighten the fitting that holds the sensor to the gas valve. If it still won't stay lit after all that then replace the sensor. They do fail with time.

It sounds like the flame sensor is bad. If thats not the case you may need to replace the control board. You should make sure the flame sensor is directly into the flame.

Lennox g1703-75-1 resetable switch periodically opens.

Might check you entering and leaving gas pressure first. The gas manifold I'd designed for a certain amount or positive pressure. If its a flue restriction, the induced draft motors' pressure switch wouldn't close, normally. The orifice may be damaged, crooked, or dirty? If it's just the 1 acting this way, inspect the orifice. Some furnaces have a piece of metal, inside the heat exchanger, that sends the flame/heat in a spiral form. Peer inside the openings to the heat exchanger. You should be able to see them if present. Hope this helps!

Short answer, yes. However you could have another problem. Replace the thermocouple that keeps the pilot lit. You can get a universal one at any good hardware or farm store. Make sure the new thermocouple is well into the pilot flame. If the blower knocks out the pilot flame again, I would be suspecting cross contamination from a crack in the heat exchanger. As the exchanger heats up, it may be causing a small crack to open and allows the blower to extinguish the flame. It may also be causing a leak of Carbon Monoxide into the heated room air. I would get it checked out very quickly.
