So we will try to overcome the problem before that lets delete all the entries of the printer so insert the Cd of the printer driver and then open the content and go to the UTIL folder of the CD and then open CCC and then Run the UNINSTALL_L3 file and wait for it to finish then restart the computer
NOW Press the Setup button on the all-in-one. Press the arrow buttons until Network displays and then press OK . The Network menu displays. Press the arrow buttons until Wireless Setup Wizard displays and then press OK . Follow the instructions in the Wireless Setup Wizard. enter the router password when it says connected to network then press ok and press the setup button again and go to network and then go to view network settings and print network config page
the page will print out look fot the ip address on that page now click on the start button and go to run and then type cmd and press enter and then in the black screen type Ping(give a space and then the ip address of the printer without these brackets) and press enter now if it says reply from destination and then gives sent 4 lost 0 recieved 4 that means the printer is on the network
Now run the priner driver and then install the printer through the network if still it says no printer has been detected then click on start and then run and then type services.msc in the window look for hp cue and hp device discovery (network ) both the services should say started and automatic if its stopped right click and start it
now retry if sill not detected then click start run and then type devmgmt.msc now in the window that will open go to view menu and select show hidden device and then in the list look for multifunction adaptor and then under it you will se the printer name right click on it and select enable now retry even if still you have a problem then rightclick on the multifunction adaptor and delete it and then retry it hope tis will surely work but still if you have problem just let us know

Photosmart D5069 InkJet Printer Wireless

Well...HP models that have network capability have an "N" at the end of the model number. often those that have built-in wireless have a "W" somewhere as well.

Yours does you cannot print DIRECTLY to the printer via Wireless LAN. You CAN however, connect it via a USB cable to a PC that is on your Network, (you must have wireless access to this network already for this to work, if not, then you have a whole different problem that is another question=How do I add "wireless" to my Local Area Network-LAN.)

Once the printer is properly installed, then you need to SHARE it to others on your Network. How this is done varies with what operating system you did not tell us.

Printer HP Photosmart C5180 Series cannot be contacted over the network

Check with HP for a Windows 7 driver for the printer. HP Ink Jets require proper drivers to work correctly. Once you have downloaded and installed the drivers try connecting again.
If you have installed the drivers and Windows 7 still refuses to "talk" to the printer, you may have to adjust your advanced network settings as well. Open up the Network and Sharing center, click on advanced sharing settings and make sure file and printer sharing is turned on. Also check "File Sharing Connections" and enable file sharing for devices that use 40 or 56 bit encryption.
If that fails to work you may need to speak with HP support for further assistance.

Solved! I now can scan wirelessly throughout my network. I downloaded the drivers for a friends newer HP all-in-one scanner and I can scan. Look for the driver for the 309a series of printers and install it. Complete the install and set up your existing printer. You can now scan, print, fax wirelessly. It includes updated HP apps for these functions that work with OS 10.5. I didn't upgrade to the HP 1.1 drivers through Apple. The file name is: PS_AIO_05_C309a_Net_Full_Mac_WW_102.dmg

Laserjet 5100 says data received but won't print. It will print a conifg page from the printer. Will not print from Notepad, Properties test page or CS5. It printed yesterday.

How are you connecting to the printer? Parallel, USB or network? A 5100 series would come with a JetDirect 615 card and they are prone to unexpected failures. If you do have a network card it should show up on the config pages when you print. If it does not, then you can try to cold reset the printer as that sometimes revives the cards.

My HP Photosmart C4700 series is no longer printing - it says it cannot find network, works when USB cable is connected

This is normally an issue with your network settings. I would suggest on Verifying all Router and Network Settings within the network I would also suggest to be able to properly print is to not have WPA encryption enabled with the printer on the Home Network. Once all settings are verified- You would need to power cycle your HP Photo-smart c4700 printer. This can be completed by removing the power supply from the back of the printer-Wait about 5 to 10 seconds. Plug the Printer back in and attempt to join the Wireless Network. Using JETCET Print with OKI C5200n Printer

The OKI 5200 is a 'GDI' or Windows only printer and does not support PCL or PostScript languages.
Most if not all of the printers listed support either PCL or PS or an inkjet based language.
I'm afraid you will not be able to print the the 5200 without it's driver loaded on the PDA.
If the 5200 supported PCL you would be able to choose any of the
Color HP Deskjets.

Cannot print with wirelessly networked printer

if printing from 2 other computer works fine, will i think its not an issue of IP address which changes somehow. but anyways, try to check if you still have other printer drivers under "PRINTERS" (see control panel). it should say HP Photosmart c6100 series. If you also have there a printer icon that says HP Photosmart c6100 series Copy1, try using it (right click on that icon and choose Set as Default Printer). If you only have HP Photosmart c6100 series under PRINTERS, try to right click, then choose properties. When Properties box is open, click on PORTS tab. then click on configure ports below. Try to type in the IP address of the printer under "Printer Name or Host name or IP address". make sure that you already printed network configuration page to get the exact ip address of the printer, Dont know how to print? do this.

1. press setup, then scroll down and look for Network.
2. press okay on network, it will give you the first option "VIew network settings".
3. press okay on it, and it will give you the first option "Print network configuration page."
4. choose that and press okay. it will print the network config page. from this document, you will be able to see the IP address of the printer.

Please let me know if the issue is still not resolve so that i can go ahead and give you another possible solution.

Thank you so much.
