Hi, Tough but you need to open the door all the way stick a small screw in the hole on the side of the hinge that is still on then partially close the door this will alow for you to remove the door and then you can push open with your hand the other hinge and stick a screw in the hole on the side this will keep the hinge from closing on you then reinstall the door RATE THIS SOLUTION

THE PANEL SAYS OVEN LOCKED BUT DOOR IS OPENED HOW DO i GET IT OFF

Hi Tina:
You haven't said what make it is so here's a general approach to take.
Sometimes that door may have become partially disconnected from the hinge which could be why it's not closing.
Some oven doors remove quite easily by pulling or lifting the door away from the hinge point. If you open the door and look down where the hinges are, you should be able to see if there is any mechanical connection.
Hope this helps

Since you didn't mention the model number, I have to be kind of general.

You can find helpful exploded view diagrams and order parts by entering your full model number from the tag on the oven here.

I lifted the oven door off to clean it and now I can get it to go back on. Is there a trick to putting the removable door back on?

Hello. The hinge levers need to be pulled open to the first click.(partially open if the door was on)The door should slide back on the hinge arms and maybe click into place.

Oven door won't close completely

Open the door to the partial open position and then lift up the door. It should come off. Now slide the oven out to access the screws on the side at the bottom.

what you have to do is get a couple of nails pull the hinge on the door down far enough to insert the nails in the holes and let it rest against the door this will hold the door at the proper angle to engage the hooks inside the hinge slots on the body of the range grasp the door on each side and insert the hinges in each side to engage the hooks then open the door all the way and remove the nails
