Question about Toshiba Satellite A60 Notebook
Either test the voltage output of the adapter or get another one. Laptops are very sensitive about the voltage given to them. If there is a computer shop near you, they may allow you to use one to see if your adapter is dead, they can also check the out for you. That is if you don't have a multi-meter and the know-how.
