This is called "whiteout". Moultrie has been battling this problem for quite some time. There are two ways to go about fixing this. 1. If your camera can download updates from moultrie's website you should download all available updates and this usually fixes the problem. 2. The other is just to send it back with a letter stating the problem. They have an excellent customer service team and will either fix this problem or replace the product with a new one. Good Luck!
