Question about Dell Inspiron 1000 Notebook
My sister spilled ice tea onto the back of the dell, and then the screen went black and finally i was able to shut it off. but now it won't turn on. we've tried everything, but nothing works. help?
Water spills are terminal for a powered up laptop....especially the older Dv1000s. I am afraid your dv1000's motherboard is fried. There is no resurrecting from that.....you need another motherboard.
